These Terms create a legally binding agreement between you and GYM JET.

This privacy policy describes the personal data collected or generated (processed) when you interact with GYMJET through our websites (“Sites”), digital experiences, mobile applications, stores events, or one of our other products or services, all of which are part of GYMJET Platform (“Platform”). It also explains how your personal data is used, shared and protected, what choices you have relating to your personal data and how you can contact us.

How your data will be used

Your personal data will be used to process your order, support your experience throughout this website, and for other purposes described in our site.

We ask you for certain personal data to provide you with the products or services you request. For example, when you make purchases, contact our consumer services, request to receive communications, create an account, participate in our events or contests, or use our Platform. Additionally, when you request specific services in store, we may ask you to login to provide services that are then associated with your account (e.g. size, fit, preferences).

Sharing your information

We do not, and will not, sell any of your personal data to any third party – including your name, address, email address or credit card information. We want to earn and maintain your trust, and we believe this is absolutely essential in order do that.

However, we share your data with the following categories of companies as an essential part of being able to provide our services to you:

  • Companies in the GYMJET group, as sometimes different bits of our group are responsible for different activities
  • Companies that do things to get your purchases to you, such as payment service providers, warehouses, order packers, and delivery companies
  • Professional service providerssuch as marketing agencies, advertising partners and website hosts, who help us run our business
  • Affiliates who help us reach out to potential new customers or promote our products on their websites
  • Credit reference agencies, law enforcement and fraud prevention agencies, so we can help tackle fraud

Keeping your information

We’ll hold on to your information for as long as you continue to be an GYMJET customer and for as long as we are required to keep it to ensure we meet our legal requirements across the globe.

If you no longer wish to be a customer you can contact our Customer Care team and request that we close your account. However, we have a legal requirement to keep some of your personal data even after you have asked us to delete it. We will only keep what we absolutely need to, and only to make sure we can meet our legal or regulatory requirements, resolve disputes, prevent fraud and abuse, or enforce our Terms & Conditions.

If you have said we can, we’ll send you marketing messages to keep you aware of what we’re up to and to help you see and find our products and services.

Your rights

Terms and Conditions of sale

These additional terms and conditions are applied for online purchases: –


  1. Accepting shipment from shipping company declares that the shipment (carton) is in good condition and it is sealed upon receiving.
  2. The return and exchange period is calculated from the date of delivery and you must have the sealed invoice that arrived with the shipment.
  3. Return and exchange can be done through our e-mail customerservice@gymjet.store.


Return Policy

Returns and Exchange: –


  1. To benefit from Return, Exchange and Warranty services, original invoice is required.
  2. All items in our website subject to Return and Exchange, excluding shipping costs.
  3. Item is in original packing condition, unworn and unwashed.
  4. Return is within 3 days and exchange is within 7 days of date of purchase.
  5. Item purchased through credit card cannot be refunded in cash
  6. Refunding the amount collected on behalf of 3rd parties depend solely on the service provider’s Return & Exchange policies, and it requires customer providing the payment slip alongside GYM JET invoice.
  7. Returns and Exchange shipping is paid by the customer to be delivered to the store office.
  8. labels, stickers, etc. must not be removed.

Immediate Defective Items Replacement: –

Gym Jet will replace products with a manufacturing defect within three days of purchase date based on following condition:


  1. Items must be free of scratches or signs of misuse.
  2. Items must return in original packaging.

Cancelation policy

A customer can’t cancel an order after shipping it from the store.

An order can be canceled 30 minutes after placing an order.

Delivery time

the estimated delivery time depends on the country, the product will be delivered from 2 – 15 days.

Saudi Arabia 2 – 4 days.

Middle East 3 – 6 days.

All other countries 2 – 15  days.
